I am a registered dietitian nutritionist and a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. I am a licensed dietitian in Hawaii and a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. To maintain my credentials and stay current with nutrition research, I obtain continuing professional education credits annually. I am board certified in renal nutrition. 

With over 35 years of experience as a registered dietitian nutritionist, I bring a wealth of knowledge and perspective on how nutrition can both heal and prevent illness.

I am on the same journey as you — juggling time constraints, endless commitments, an aging body, and the ever-present question: “What’s for dinner?” I understand the struggle of making healthy food choices and getting a nutritious meal on the table in the busyness of life.

What and how we eat play a crucial role in our health, but I understand that a vibrant life depends on more than just nutrition and I will address the whole you: diet, physical activity, sleep, stress management, social connections, and toxin control. While I focus on optimizing your diet given your genetic blueprint, I also recognize the importance of these other factors and how they all work together to support your overall well-being.

I believe our bodies are designed for real, whole foods, and I’m here to help you fuel your body deliciously with nourishing, natural ingredients rather than ultraprocessed, heat-and-eat meals, or a dependence on supplements.
